Southside Pride is published by Edwin Felien, a longtime friend of Dave’s. In fact, they met in 1965 at Hallie Q Brown Community Center in St. Paul, when Ed, who worked there, agreed to be the advisor for a high school chapter of the W.E.B. DuBois club.
